Better, faster, stronger: Learn how to boost your productivity

Better, faster, stronger: Learn how to boost your productivity

It’s difficult to pin down someone’s success to simply one skill or quality – and, in many cases, to do so would be beside the point. Successful people are often multidimensional individuals, capable of handling various tasks and juggling different projects, often all at the same time.

Success defies shallow descriptions. Success could be a bit of brains, a lot of passion and a tiny stroke of fortune, but that’s just one of the conceivable combinations in a sea of possibilities.

This, however, is for sure: successful people, more often than not, leave behind bodies of work and achievements so impressive that you can’t help but wonder how an individual can accomplish so much in a single lifetime.

Leonardo da Vinci, for instance, structured his daily routine around his unmatched creativity and craving curiosity. Rumour has it that the Italian inventor followed a rather unusual sleeping schedule  –  more commonly known as the Uberman Cycle nowadays – that consisted of six 20-minute naps taken at roughly four-hour intervals. This schedule not only allowed da Vinci to maintain longer attention spans, but also made him the prolific genius that he was.
