We all make mistakes at work but spare a thought for poor BBC presenter Simon McCoy who before quickly rushing on air with his iPad actually picked up a pad of A4 paper.

Realizing his mistake, he did what any normal person would do (right!?) and just pretended it wasn’t happening, completely failing to acknowledge it altogether. What would you do?
