As Rdio shuts down, users invited to look back on their archives

Last month, Pandora announced that it would acquire key assets of the struggling streaming music platform Rdio. After initial murky assessments of the future of the platform, the company later announced that subscribers would be relegated to the free tier before pulling the plug.

Now, as the final weeks of Rdio’s existence are set in motion, there’s one last wistful goodbye in the company’s farewell page.

Users who log in through the page will be able to see a special archive of their music on Rdio, which shows important things for each user like when they got started with the service, the first playlist they made, and the most played albums and songs during their total tabulated time on the platform.

The company also shared a few details of what the user base as a whole loved, namely Drake’s ‘Nothing was the Same’ (the most played album) and Bruno Mars’s ‘When I Was Your Man’ (the most played single).

Happy trails, Rdio.
