In case you haven’t started on Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, which debuted on iOS, Android and Amazon last June, publisher Square Enix believes it has a good reason for you to try it in 2017.
The free-to-play RPG based on the popular sci-fi franchise will see pop star Ariana Grande feature as a character, dressed in her outfit from the video and album cover for her recent record, Dangerous Woman. You can see her animated sprite in action above. Grande also posted a photo of herself discussing the character with studio execs:
With that, Grande joins rap queen Nicki Minaj on the list of musicians that star in mobile titles. It isn’t yet clear exactly when she will make an appearance in the mobile game or how you’ll be able to interact with her character, but hopefully she’ll be playable, just like Rain.
We’ve contacted Square Enix to learn more and will update this post if there’s a response.
