Apple’s standalone news aggregator app for iOS devices is now available to users in the UK, following the release of iOS 9.1.
The feature launched in other countries earlier this year, but hadn’t previously been made available in the UK.
According to The Guardian, Apple News in the UK launches with the support of 14 newspaper and magazine publishers, including the BBC, The Telegraph, The Guardian, Sun and Sky News.
While Apple wants to be the de facto news service for iPhone users and continues to roll out News across the world, it’s having a harder time in China, where the service has reportedly been disabled.
