Apple has rolled out an update to Mac OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 3, bringing the build number to 12A206j, reports Macrumors. The update appears to be a relatively medium size, clocking in at 1.49GB and is likely a preparatory move for the upcoming Worldwide Developer’s Conference.
The update is relatively detail-free unfortunately, so there is no telling exactly what updates are contained in this package.
WWDC has been rumored to bring the formal introduction of Mountain Lion, along with new Retina display MacBooks, including a 15-inch MacBook Pro with a slimmer chassis, Intel Ivy Bridge processors and rejiggered ports. WWDC is also rumored to bring iOS 6, a new Maps app built by Apple to replace Google Maps and more.
