Apple’s iOS App Store now has more than one million apps on offer, up from 900,000 in June, and has generated $13 billion in revenue for developers since it was first introduced.
Tim Cook revealed the figures on stage at Apple’s media event today in San Fransico, adding that over the years the App Store had seen more than 60 billion downloads.
Cook also noted that iTunes Radio has also now passed the one billion songs streamed mark and currently has around 20 million people using it.
