Apple’s newly-released iOS update, 10.3, brings a handful of updates to your mobile device. Here’s what you need to know.

The most useful feature is the ability to find any lost Airpods via the “Find My iPhone” app. If your Airpods are paired with your phone, you can look for them via a map or a noise alert in the app. Considering it’s inevitable someone will lose these, we thought this sounded like a good idea.

iOS 10.3 brings in Apple’s new file system, so we recommend saving everything before you update. The new file system is incompatible with the old, so if you don’t save, some things could be permanently lost.

Apple has also updated SiriKit, meaning developers can make apps that allow Siri to book Uber rides and pay bills. Siri will also provide cricket scores, which I didn’t realize she couldn’t already do.

iOS’s Carplay feature is also getting some love. Now, you’ll get daily curated playlists and new categories in Apple Music, as well as shortcuts to the last-used apps. You can also view info about the currently playing song from the Now Playing screen.
