My name is E announces iPhone App, more support and upcoming Android App

My name is E (winner of The Next Web Rising Sun Startup Competition 2009) has announced a bunch of new features today.

Their new E iPhone app lets you swap business cards with a flick of your wrist, which is a rather cool gesture and you can also connect with other phones that don’t have a dedicated App. All you have to do is enter your E username.

According to co-founder Renato Valdes they are also working on an Android version of the E services. E now supports over 50 different networks which you can all include in your online E card.

Funding
Valdes says that E is in talks with multiple investors and is considering two term sheets at this moment and has to decide whether they will go for an angel round of a couple of hundreds of thousand euros or an official round of a million plus. E has over 50k users.
