Adobe Creative Cloud for Android lets you manage and view design files on the go

Adobe Creative Cloud for Android lets you manage and view design files on the go

Over the weekend, Adobe quietly released a Creative Cloud app for Android. It’s labeled as a “preview” in the Play Store, however, which means there could be a few bugs and missing features.

If you’re invested in Adobe’s ecosystem of professional, design-focused applications, you can use the Creative Cloud app to manage all of your projects. The Android version lets you browse, organise and preview files stored in Adobe’s cloud, including those produced in Photoshop or Illustrator.

Adobe is fully committed to its subscription-based Creative Cloud platform, but if you’re yet to take the plunge this new app could still prove useful. The company says users with a “free” Creative Cloud membership, which includes 2GB of online storage and trial access to its suite of applications, can still use the Android app and “unlock” new tools in Adobe’s other offerings.
