Photo sharing service SmugMug gets a makeover with new personalized sites and responsive design

SmugMug has unveiled a dramatic makeover of its photo sharing service, adding new customizable features for user websites and a responsive design.

New features for the site include: site templates, customizable features, responsive design and easier organization. SmugMug is offering over 15 attractive site templates that bring it up to date with the trend toward flat design.

With its new look, SmugMug will have a better shot at challenging Flickr, which got its own overhaul in May. In June, SmugMug acqu-hired SmugFolio and rebranded the app as its official Android client.
