Iskender Dirik

Iskender Dirik is Managing Director at the Microsoft ScaleUp in Berlin, a leading ScaleUp program for later stage B2B tech startups. He is also Venture Partner for EQT Ventures, one of the largest VC Funds in Europe. Before joining Microsoft, Iskender was MD at Bauer Venture Partners, a 100m EUR Corporate Venture Capital Fund. Prior to that he founded and exited a couple of digital startups and was MD of a tech consulting and software development firm.
