After three years, Anne-Marie became head of HR at two subsidiaries known for their high customer satisfaction (No1 in DK and No1 within telco in EU) where she was part of transitioning the companies to fast movers during a period of severe market competition. Several years later, incl. an IPO and company outsourcing, Anne-Marie entered Trustpilot and saw it grow from 250 to 700 employees.
