Microsoft’s Online Services now in India

Microsoft’s Online Services now in India

Microsoft recently announced the launch of its online services in India which include e-mail, collaboration, conferencing and productivity capabilities. This concept would definitely work for  small and medium business (SMB) with cloud computing in mind, helping them cope up with the small IT budgets.

Microsoft had announced the trial launch for its online services in July 2009, in which thousands of customers in India tried the online services.

The company has also partnered with HCL Infosystems, Infosys and Wipro to market and offer value-added services around the Microsoft Online Services. This could reduce the IT cost to 10-15 % for SMBs.
