Instagram’s new ‘Save draft’ feature will be a life saver

Instagram’s new ‘Save draft’ feature will be a life saver

Do you spend an inordinate amount of time making sure that your  filters are impeccably vintage? Are you in too much of a hurry to spend a full 30 seconds to post a photo? Then you’ll appreciate the Instagram’s latest feature.

Starting today, anyone can save a draft of their posts to come back to later. The company first tested the feature back in July, but is only know making it official.

If you start creating an image – filters, caption and all – but then hit back to return to your feed, you’ll see the new ‘Save Draft‘ option appear. When you want to return to it, just tap on the Camera button like you’re starting a new post, and then tap ‘Library.’ Your saved images will show up under their own new section at the bottom of the screen.

It’s a much welcome feature. Rejoice, social media mavens.
