East Coast matchmaking service Hinge has updated its iOS app to version 3.0 with a new logo, redesigned interface and improved matches. Hinge focused on speed with the new update, especially in the messaging section of the app. You’ll also be able to flirt with emoji.
The service is currently available in Washington DC, NY, Boston and Philadelphia, but it plans to expand to the West Coast early next year. Founder Justin McLeod said in an interview that Hinge is currently matching up roughly 80 percent of its user base on a monthly basis, with an average of 10 matches per user per month.
