HelmGuard raises $7.3m to replace compliance paperwork with AI agents
London startup HelmGuard has raised $7.3m in a seed round co-led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline. Its AI agents collect risk data directly from company systems instead of relying on questionnaires. The money will fund US expansion, hiring and a layer that checks how AI agents behave.

The London company says 350,000 people have spoken to Jack and 5,000 businesses have used Jill, producing 25,000 interviews. It does not say how many became jobs.

ENISA and CERT-EU used an OpenAI model to find four flaws in code for an EU project, Politico reported, and one was rated high risk. Poland’s national CERT found RouterOS flaws with OpenAI models too. AISLE also ran an AI code review of the EU’s new CRA reporting platform.
