HelmGuard raises $7.3m to replace compliance paperwork with AI agents
London startup HelmGuard has raised $7.3m in a seed round co-led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline. Its AI agents collect risk data directly from company systems instead of relying on questionnaires. The money will fund US expansion, hiring and a layer that checks how AI agents behave.

The United Arab Emirates plans to invest €40bn in Germany, including in new data centres with about one gigawatt of capacity. The two countries announced the package during Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed’s state visit. They also agreed to explore ‘data embassies’ and closer defence ties.
