Temporal is in talks to raise $500mn at a $12bn valuation, double February
Temporal is in talks to raise about $500mn at a valuation of at least $12bn, Bloomberg says. That would more than double what the reliability software firm was worth in February, and mark its second doubling this year. Its biggest customer is OpenAI. The round is not yet closed.

Nebius is raising $4.5bn in convertible bonds to build AI data centres
The Amsterdam AI cloud firm is selling $2.75bn of bonds due 2030 and $1.75bn due 2034 to fund data centres and buy GPUs. Bloomberg says the sale prices on Wednesday, and Nebius shares fell as much as 9.2% after a 197% run this year. It is the company’s second big convertible raise of 2026.
