Twitter integrates search in main web interface

As predicted at The Next Web on the 8th of February, Twitter has now integrated search into its main web page interface.

At present, only a limited number of accounts have been changed – a ‘small, random subset’ as Twitter say they want to see how it works before they ‘release the feature completely into the wild’. This took place during a maintenance window at 10pm Pacific Time yesterday.
