TweetDeck for Mac’s update now integrates Teams, group DMs, Dataminr support and more

Today, TweetDeck officially scrapped TweetDeck-specific accounts to allow log-ins only via Twitter credentials. Along with this change, it also updated its TweetDeck for Mac client to include several updates available on the Web version.

These updates include the new TweetDeck Teams feature for management across organizations, in-line animated GIF and video displays, group direct messages, Dataminr support and the ability to upload up to four photos per tweet.

Naturally, the update also brings bug fixes to finally catch TweetDeck’s native app up to speed with its Web client. The app is free and the update is rolling out today.
