That guy suing Facebook for 84% ownership? Another company claims he was under contract with them at the time

In an article today in Bloomberg about Paul Ceglia and his suit against Facebook for 84% ownership of the world’s largest social network, Bloomberg has seemingly found another layer to the story: that another company claims that Ceglia was under contract with them at the time that Ceglia claims to have hired Mark Zuckerberg.

The company is called StreetDelivery, and according its CEO Andrew Logan, Ceglia was still under contract with StreetDelivery when Ceglia decided to create a competitor called StreetFax – which is the company that Ceglia claims he hired Zuckerberg to help him with website’s code. Logan says that his lawyers are looking through old contracts and settlement papers with Ceglia to prove that – if somehow Ceglia were to win against Facebook – that then they would claim that Ceglia’s stake actually belongs to StreetDelivery.

Logan told Bloomberg that, “We’re going to lay claim that I own it. He was under contract to me.”
