The HTC Mozart has been shrouded in mystery as of late. Whilst we have begun to see an emergence of information surrounding the phone, no leaks have emerged to confirm the full specification of the device.
WMPowerUser were sent a previously released video of the device in use but this time their tipster had included a full rundown of the hardware inside the device, giving us an insight into what the new Windows Phone 7 handset will be sporting at launch.
The HTC Mozart will run:
- 1GHz Qualcomm QSD 8250
- 512 MB ROM
- 8GB storage
- 576 MB RAM
- 3.7-inch WVGA Super LCD display
- 8MP CMOS camera
- 1300 mAh battery
- Dual mode UMTS/HSPA (2100/900) and quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
- Audio DSP and Dolby Mobile
This basically confirms that the device is suited to running on European networks.
The processor has been included in many of the Windows Phone 7 handsets passing through the FCC, we believe that this is due to Microsoft’s minimum handset requirements.
With Windows Phone 7 launching in October, expect to see many more details emerging soon.
