AMD releases fresh drivers to support the Windows 8 Consumer Preview

This is a quick hit for anyone who has a PC running on AMD graphics hardware: we have a Windows 8 solution for you.

AMD has produced a set of drivers that support the Consumer Preview of Windows 8. According to NeoWin, the fresh drivers include support for “stereo 3D [and]optimized screen rotation,” among other features. AMD claims that they will also improve a machine’s power consumption, something that mobile users of Microsoft’s latest beta will appreciate.
