Vimeo has inked a deal with Hasbro Studios that will make the hearts of 80s children everywhere skip a beat.
‘Transformers’, ‘G.I. Joe’, ‘My Little Pony’ and ‘Jem and the Holograms’ are among the classic cartoons coming to the service.
‘Transformers (Generation One)‘ and ‘Jem and the Holograms‘ are both available now. Individual episodes will set you back $2.99 or you can rent them for 99c. The entire series comes in at a hefty $40.
13 other Hasbro Studios franchises will be added to Vimeo on Demand during 2015. The complete list is:
‘Jem and the Holograms’, ‘Transformers (Generation One)’, ‘G.I. Joe’, ‘My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic’, ‘Transformers: Rescue Bots’, ‘Transformers: Prime’, ‘Transformers: Robots in Disguise’, ‘G.I. Joe: Renegades’, ‘Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters’, ‘Littlest Pet Shop’, ‘Pound Puppies’, ‘The Adventures of Chuck & Friends’, and ‘B-Daman Crossfire’.
As exciting as that is, none of them match the sheer odd wonder of Fenslerfilm’s take on the G.I. Joe public safety announcements:
