It’s been a long time coming, but at last we seem to have a date for HTC’s next flagship phone to be revealed: April 12.
The company sent out invites to the press today highlighting an event that will be streamed from its website.
The phone, purported to be called the HTC 10 or M10 is rumored to include specs like a Snapdragon 820 processor and 4GB of RAM, along with an updated camera.
That said, it’s hard to say whether flagship specs and a decent camera will be enough for HTC to make up its lost momentum; the company will have to knock it out of the park if it wants to take on the likes of Samsung and Apple.
For it’s part, HTC isn’t saying anything about the device just yet, but we’ll find out more come April 12.
