CyanogenMod publishes its one-click installer app on Google Play, launches PC companion app to boot

CyanogenMod today announced its one-click installer app has been finally published to Android’s app store; you can download it now directly from Google Play. At the same time, CyanogenMod has released its PC companion app, available on its freshly redesigned download site: download.cyanogenmod.org.

“Our goal for the installer has always been to allow more users to experience the benefits of CyanogenMod, without the hassles of technical guides and concerns associated with the process,” Cyanogen co-founder and CTO Steve Kondik said in a statement. “I’m especially pleased by the support the community has shown for our initiative and want to thank all those that helped beta test the installer.”
