YouTube now lets you queue videos on the Web to send to Chromecast

Following its recent facelift, YouTube today began rolling out a new queuing feature for sharing videos to Chromecast from your computer. Google expects the updates to arrive for all users by early next week.

With the new changes, you’ll be able to use a single tab to cast a video and then continue browsing to line up more to watch. You’ll also be able to cast playlists.

YouTube has also confirmed updates we noticed earlier in the day that unify the design of the Add to Playlist and Share buttons on the desktop with the mobile apps. The company has also added playlists to its Guide interface and the YouTube TV app and updated the video player on its watch page to scale based on screen and browser size.
