Some Google Play Music All Access subscribers are having issues playing music on the Web

Google Play Music All Access appears to be in a spot of bother. A number of users are reporting that they’re unable to play any music through the Web app. The library loads up just fine, but as soon subscribers press play?

Kaput. Nothing. Nada. Just an endless loading icon.

The issue appears to affect most browsers and platforms; TNW can confirm that the issue is prevalent on Chrome and Safari for Mac, while others have cited issues on Chrome OS and Windows.

The Android app appears to be working just fine, however. It’s unclear at this point just how many All Access subscribers are affected by this issue, but reports are coming in frequently enough to suggest it’s a significant number.

We’ve reached out to Google and will update this article with any information we receive. In the meantime, affected users will need to sit tight or make use of another music streaming service.
