Google Drive for iOS gets snappier and now lets you edit documents in landscape on iPhone

Google has updated its Google Drive app for iOS to version 1.3.0, featuring landscape-style editing for both documents and spreadsheets on the iPhone.

Shown below, the new landscape functionality comes in addition to performance improvements and the usual bug fixes. Landscape editing was also previously available to iPad users.

According to Google, “Google Docs now loads faster with quicker editing support.”
