Sprout Social introduces Instagram integration to its platform

Sprout Social introduces Instagram integration to its platform

Sprout Social has revealed today it has integrated Instagram to its social media managing platform.

This means users can keep on top of their social efforts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and now Instagram in one place.

To get started, users just need to connect their Instagram account or multiple accounts and grant permissions to the team or people who will manage it.

It’s not possible to publish images and videos through Sprout Social because Instagram doesn’t allow third party publishing, but you can send and receive comments through Sprout’s Smart Inbox.

Users are able to analyze Instagram posts through the platform and get insights on engagements, likes and comments.

Sprout Social said that over the next few months it will continue to develop its Instagram capabilities, in particular its integration with the Sprout Social mobile app.
