Amazon’s Prime Now will begin delivering products from local stores

Amazon’s Prime Now will begin delivering products from local stores

Amazon announced today that its Prime Now service will offer one-hour delivery from local stores in addition to the company’s own warehouses.

The rollout kicks off in select neighborhoods in Manhattan, where customers can order groceries, prepared meals and baked goods from D’Agostino, Gourmet Garage and Billy’s Bakery.

Amazon says it will continue to expand its service across Manhattan in the coming weeks and will add Eataly and Westside Market to its roster next.

If you’re in the area, you can place your orders through the Prime Now app to take advantage of Amazon’s new offering.
