Amazon Prime Stations with music recommendations and unlimited skips arrive on Android

Amazon Prime Stations with music recommendations and unlimited skips arrive on Android

A few weeks ago, Amazon introduced Prime Stations – themed stations with unlimited skips that adapt to your preferences a-la Pandora – for iOS users. They were previously available on PC, Mac and Fire tablets, and now they’ve come to Android too.

Prime Music

Prime subscribers can access these stations and listen to an unlimited amount of music; you can pause, skip or replay songs without trouble. The more you use a station and teach it what you like with a thumbs-up or thumbs down, the more it learns about your tastes.

Amazon says there are hundreds of Prime Stations currently available, ranging from those that cover individual artists to entire genres.

Android users can download the updated app from the Play Store now.
