Quick Poll: It’s been 24 hours. What are your first impressions of OS X Lion?

Apple released OS X Lion, its latest operating system, yesterday and the reception so far seems to have been good. The software has been downloaded over 1 Million times in a single day, making it Apple’s fastest selling OS yet.

To give you an idea of the massive scale of this release, that means that Apple has moved over 3.6 petabytes of information in the last day alone serving the demand for Lion.

The release came packed with a bunch of new features, the top 10 of which we chronicled here. We’ve also broken down the release with an in depth review that takes you on a guided tour of all of the major features as well as the nooks and crannies. There

But now it’s your turn. We know that sometimes the hype can create a sense of popularity or satisfaction around a product like Lion, especially one from a company that sways public opinion as much as Apple seems to do.
