The 3.1.3 firmware update for the iPhone is out now, available through an iTunes update.
Fixes only the accuracy of the 3GS battery meter and the stability of some third-party app launches. You were hoping for more huh? Yeah, so were we.

I think most people are still waiting for smartphone functionality, like multi-tasking. I really hope it turns up in v4.
