Now is the time for an enterprising prosecuting attorney to charge the Pedraza Brothers who founded Psystar with a felony for breaking the DMCA prohibition against circumventing DRM. It would be interesting to see if the brothers get several years in a Federal Prison for their actions. It should be a slam dunk case since they openly admitted to what they are doing. Then, not only would they owe Apple millions of dollars, they would also spend time without parole in a Federal Prison. What Psystar is doing is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.
