Plus, he did link to two posts that probably go into great detail about why it is better, meaning he quoted the sources for his assessment, not to mention he's relying on personal experience. Blogs may be gaining traction as reputable news sources, but that doesn't mean they're encyclopedias or term papers with footnotes, especially when it comes to saying something is "the best". That's personal opinion, and everyone's entitled to one.
