But the real problem here is from a strategy point of view. From a Product design point of view I believe this will never be the course of Apple building a Netbook for at least two reasons: 1) It is over complicated and Apple has been always after the rule of SIMPLE IS MORE. 2) Every body knows that SJ really doesn't like buttons and would love to abandon them completely of he can, not adding to it such mechanical parts. On the other hand what the video stresses is the extension and the building on top of the iPhone as a platform, which I believe it the way Apple would be heading, not necessary on the form factor but rather on the complete system. That's what they did introducing the iPhone building on the iPod success and it's echo system. I have to admit two things: Good imagination and Good command of using 3D CGI.
