MySpace Introduces ‘Sync to Twitter’ Status Updates

MySpace Introduces ‘Sync to Twitter’ Status Updates

Remember MySpace? Of course you do, still the second largest social network in the world and yet still up there with the most hideous looking websites ever to grace the internet with its existence – despite being owned by a small company called Fox Interactive Media. Sorry, I get frustrated sometimes.

Anyhow, news just in via Techcrunch that the site has enabled two way status updates syncing to Twitter. Using Twitter OAuth, status updates from MySpace can be posted to Twitter with a link back to MySpace. Members can choose either one-way (read-only) or two-way syncing.

AOL, Facebook and now MySpace all incorporate Twitter update syncing now. It appears as though the status update has found its home.
