I get the feeling the site is just giving people a tool to motivate them towards their own goals, not telling them what their goal should be or why it should be. For instance, my friend had never been thin her whole life so it was really hard for her to even imagine herself at a healthier weight. And believe me, she is wanting to lose to get healthy NOT to fit a norm. So for her it is a great motivator. Look, loosing weight ain't easy and lots of people need help with it. I will say the results were extremely realistic and it has motivate her for sure! Let's see if it keeps her motivated, that remains to be seen, but from what Ive seen so far, it's pretty cool.
