		<description>While I don&#039;t agree with O&#039;Reilly on everything, I do wholeheartedly concur with his mantra of &#039;creating more value than you capture.&#039; I&#039;m not above sharing a blog post of my own every now and then when I feel it is relevant. But I try to err on the side of collecting and synthesizing useful information from my networks to share rather than tooting my own horn constantly. I wish all on Twitter shared Tim O&#039;Reilly&#039;s mantra.
