SimpleCountryCodes makes it easy to check the precise numbers you need to insert before dialing someone’s number abroad.
Disappointingly, you can’t enter cities just yet but nevertheless, it’s a great idea and definitely useful if you dial abroad often.

What about the tip to remove the Zero in the areacode?
My request how to call from Romania to The netherlands will give this as a solution:
00 + 31 + area code + phone number
That would mean that some random number in Amsterdam would look like this 0031020-12345678, but it should be 003120-12345678. Should be easy to fix. ;)
