What a great source of information. That is the reason I love being a designer. We are trained to think about and design the things that no one else thinks about. Beautifully done research.

Not only a web designer should see this…but everyone who build web or desktop applications (I’m talking now in general not only regarding the iPhone).

Usability should a standard part of ANY application development and that means involving actively the users in building it…

Nice presentation, I like the part where prices of iPhone apps are discussed. It is amazing to see how fast this market is maturing
