He says "I always make sure situations are to my liking, and make me happy. If they’re not, I change them". Maybe if a situation is not to his liking we would call that stressful. I too believe that the best performers, whether they are entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, teachers, investors, journalists, etc. are successful because they don't consider what they do as work.
