But that says everything. I won't believe they're doing their users a favor with this. On the other hand, there is a blogpost about it. Over at HN there were some questions raised about the usability of this type of forms... Aside from the usability questions, it's really creative and reminds me of the way some companies design their 404 pages these days (soocial, carsonified etc) I think it’s cool.
