		<description>Always difficult to say what happened when the founder leaves a company.
Tariq is a true entrepreneur. My guess is that he is great in starting a company, but he is just not the guy who can manage 100 employees. You need a different skill set for starting a company and managing a company. Tariq loves the adrenaline of starting a company, getting traction, creating buzz and building a community. That job is done. He needs a new adventure (and he&#039;ll get it).

Nonetheless, I do think that Netvibes will have a hard time competing with Google and Yahoo. Probably, the best thing to do for Netvibes was not to take the extra 15 million in funding and sell it to one of the giants when it was still possible. We&#039;ll probably never know, but maybe in a couple of years Tariq will open up his book and tell us the real story (published by O&#039;Reilly :) )</description>
