Lemmetty. Nokia is a big and moderated company, they surely can't just "buy in" all the people they want. Here in Finland the issue is that people value a steady pay more than an highly interesting but unstable life on a startup. In the past entrepreneurship in Finland has not been that common, and there has not been any interesting options for Nokia in many cities. In todays scene there seems to be a rising amount of startups, and the situation is changing. To those who are interested of startups in our region go and read www.arcticstartup.com. Not that I really sympathize Nokia, but I still have to make one remark: In Finland where there is Nokia, there usually is a wide variety of small companies coming up with great ideas to the mobile market.
