Aside from down under humor, I reckon it was a good overview roundup of what DataPortability is about. However I do think we need a better answer to the returning question of why it makes business sense to open up data silos, beyond &quot;It sucks if you don&#039;t&quot;.

I think a big part of that answer is an innovators dilemna.</description>
