I was there and agree with you on, the presentation was very good. The topic even though was known I think found it great to hear it again from a site that deals with exactly this issue, and collects thousands of comments good and bad,so they must know what they are talking about.
So, heard it before but from a different angle that will make me re-think again how to approach the bad.
