Accor is a French hotel group, part of the CAC 40 index, which operates in over 92 countries. Headquartered in Paris, France, the group owns, operates and franchises 3,500 hotels on five continents representing several diverse brands, from budget and economy lodgings to luxurious accommodations in exotic locales. Previously, the group comprised a separate hotels branch (Accor Hospitality – whose activities are now the group’s core business) and a corporate services branch (Accor Services).
